The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
1.POSTAGE PACKAGING & DELIVERY
We ship all products from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. We deliver goods only wihin Bulgaria.
Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 days. We submit the orders for shipment to Speedy Courier Company within our working time: Mon-Fri: from 9 a.m.until 3 pm.
2.PAYMENT
Payment of the orders is cash on delivery.
3.PRICING
All prices shown on the website are in Bulgarian lev and include 20% VAT with no delivery charges included. Delivery charges are displayed separately in your order form.
4.RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please provide a copy of the delivery note. We will reimburse the cost of the item, unless you request a replacement. If you request a replacement for returned items you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any opened product.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at ayurveda@ayurveda.bg . Please quote your order ID.
Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us, in writing, from the time of ordering until 14 days after receipt of the items. We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resalable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.
We will reimburse the delivery cost of sending the items to you if they are simply unwanted.
